Don’t really know what they’re talking about as the US annually places anywhere from 25 to 35 Universities in the Top 100 of the Worlds best universities for Higher Education.
The variance depending on whose polls & rankings one cares to abide by.

These top US universities attract the brightest & best students from all over the world for study.

The problem in Murahka itself lies with the US lazy students with their sense of entitlement and not caring about a learning education to advance the Human Condition but simply getting their ticket punched so they can make money. Education or not; it’s all anyone in Murahka cares about.

US higher education is as great as it’s always been for those who actually apply themselves to actually learn. Murahkan culture, society & population is what has a problem. (or 2 or 3 or ……)
