It is significant that Service uses the word <em>won't</em> rather than <em>doesn't</em> or <em>can't</em>, as '<em>won't'</em> implies a willfulness.&nbsp; There are those who want to fit it but can't, or don't, and there are those who <em>won't</em>&nbsp; because they don't want to.&nbsp; Great poem.&nbsp;
