just make sure you watch several "How To" videos. some of the people giving advice are giving wrong, bad, or even dangerous advice. highdesertranger

I've learned as the issues happen. But you have to get past the panicky "Oh what do I do now?" stage and figure out what the problem is, find out the options you have for fixing it, find out what tools are necessary (thank goodness for AutoZone tool loans!), and then go about the repair.

If it is a serious issue, time to call one of those car donation charities, pack the rucksack, and buy a plane ticket to New Zealand or wherever.
