True 12V compressor/refrigerant based AC utilizing Secop/Danfoss compressor. In response to stopping the idling of big rigs on their overnight stops,
indel B/Sleeping Well has come out with several trucker models. Two of their products are the roof mount, fully self-contained OBLO; and the newest is the portable, fully self-contained CUBE.

I have not made further inquiries as to USA availability.

Anybody speak Italian out there who could call them for more info to be shared here?

Just basic math on their amperage specifications with voltage.. That seems highly improbable. I can see 950 watts, but they're claiming (on the TOP unit) 14.5 amps at 24v. There's no way it uses that little power. I'd really be interested if someone can call them to confirm the wattage. 950 watts would kill the battery very quickly, regardless.

The 950 watts is their rating of cooling power, not electric power used. Could be miss translation ie: 950 BTU.
15 amps per hour at 12 volts. Would be rough to recharge but doable for a few hours. Some place, back a day or two, I asked about using a 12 volt compressor fridge for cooling instead of using ice made by a danfoss. No responses.

From the brochure; 29 amp at 12 volt. That is 348 watts from the battery.
The Secop compressor is the same as a Danfoss. The new company obtained the design and changed the name.
