yep, thats what I thought but the 1984 is probably legit. Here in Sun City Az they have a storage lot for rv's that has hundreds of them in it, several/many with old faded for sale signs. You'd likely have rotted out tires to deal with and likely need to recaulk the roof seams, plus the battery.
Anyway, there's trailers to be had out here. "just don't come here and get had".
