After being broken for over a month, I've got coments working on my blog again.&nbsp; As more or less expected, it was an interaction of several configuration changes I made that caused the problem.<br>

It means that the offer has been made and accepted, buyer has put a deposit with a third party, but the paperwork has not been completed and I have not gotten any cash.&nbsp; In my case, the offer does not include most of the usual inspection and loan-funding conditionals that let the buyer pull out and get most of his money back.<br>
