I'm slowly converting all my favorite paper recipes to hard drive so that when I go on the road I can go paperless.
It's a real slow process because I've been saving recipes for over 40 years now. I'm doing it as I use them. I figure in 6 months if I haven't used it, I probably won't ever so the rest can go in the blue bin.
