Hot Logic Mini – Ramen Noodles

It takes about 1 hour to make a Maruchan Ramen noodle serving in a Hot Logic Mini – I normally use a two compartment 5.5 cup Pyrex glass dish to make this meal – In the larger side of the dish the Ramen noodles just fit and I put chili with beans in the smaller side - Just drop in the noodles with 6-8 oz of water ( 6 oz water @ 60 minutes is tender and no water left) – I never use the seasoning pack ( That’s where most of the nasty stuff is and since all the noodles themselves are the same, just leave the seasoning pack out) - Combine and enjoy - Kinda like a Philly 4 or 5-way chili (look it up)– I am sure you could put two Ramens in one 6 cup Pyrex dish, but I have not tried it and not sure on water or cook time
