this virus/pandemic has totally waylaid my retirement plan...2020 was supposed to be my year to join the ranks of the nomads, at least during the northeast winters....but that’s on hold now, for the unforseeable future.
what isn’t on hold is my camping companion. Cedar arrived a month ago and despite being mostly home she is training up nicely and will be more than ready to hit the road when it’s time. she’s cuter than her picture if that’s possible  :D

I suppose millions have had plans altered, some more than others. I don't make "plans", per se, till right before I act but all intentions of where/when in next year are changed. Merely inconveniences, at worst.

Really living in the moment, now.

Beautiful canine you have accepted stewardship of, there!

Gorgeous puppy! My date for starting out this time was March 1 - here I sit broken hearted. Looking forward to changes.

That's not, by chance, a DW Aussie, is it? I heard one was headed to the Northeast. Either way, Cedar is gorgeous and Australian Shepherds are great dogs. Enjoy!

thank you.
nope, local breeder here in the northeast, all three of my mini Aussies are from her. the first two are siblings, just turned 5, never  been apart and can’t split them up for solo camping. hence the little nugget joined us.

No, it’s not possible that’s she is cuter than the photo. She’s darling. Congrats

I keep coming back to this thread just to look at this pup several times a day. So I just saved your pic to my desk top.

no I lost my Scout 2 years ago. I have been casually looking but haven't got serious yet. highdesertranger

It's ridiculous to get attached to a dog.As soon as the three that I have are gone,I'm going to look for another one or two right away.I love my dogs.

I think I found one today. I just love her face. I’ve asked them to cat test her as I live with a geriatric cat.

It’s been six or seven years since my boy, Sam I Am passed.
