Solar Panel Purchase Questions

This is in a local area for me.

1- May more than one battery be hooked to a 80 or 90 watt panel with the right controller?

2- Price seems to be the going rate. No shipping but would have 7% tax

2- I can't figure out who manufactures it. I assume that makes a big difference in quality.

Q..#1 yes you can have multiples of batteries in your bank

Q. #2 Price is a little high for used, I have done some with business with Missouri Solar, with good results check their prices

Q #3. I notice there are 2 panels on the rack each a different brand or type.
