Solar Fennel panels

Well,I learned the hard way about being too cheap.I ordered 4 100 watt panels to add to my house array from Solar Fennel.Cheap price-Cheap quality.They were poorly packaged and one was damaged upon arrival.When I saw how cheaply they were made,I sent the whole package back.Been getting the run around for 3 weeks about my refund.Finally called the CC company and stopped payment.I always use a CC to buy over the internet.I've never had a problem before with any other panel company.My panels are a mix of Eco Worthy,Renogy ,Solar Penny and a couple of other brands that I don't remember.Do yourself a favor and stay away from Solar Fenell.

Update:I finally got my money back after 25 days of aggravation.Ebay and the panel seller kept blaming each other for my lack of a refund.Called UPS and explained my problem.The lady looked up my return data and told me she would have me a refund within 48 hrs.Well she must have read the riot act to somebody,less than 20 minutes later I received an email from ebay saying they had refunded my money to my credit card.Something to keep in mind if you are ever in a similar situation.

I was about to ask the same question.
Call Oscar at Renogy and see what he can do about meeting that price...(909) 320-7100.
And no, I don't make a cent for recommending them...I'm just confident with their products and service.

They were about $25 cheaper each,Bob.If the panels had been of decent quality the answer would have been yes,But unfortunately the answer is no.I have half adozen or so different brands(some Renogys too)and have never had a problem with quality.I guess the law of averages caught up with me.I need the refund for something else at the moment(funny how that works).But I'll be re-ordering soon.Probably Regonys
