It was advertised as a '94 F350 7.3 4x4 5 speed. Looked pretty good in the pictures.

My first sense something was amiss is it clearly began its life as an automatic.

And it seems weird to run your tranny without the cover on the bell housing, but maybe that's just me.

Also, it came from Canada. Probably not significant but that's unusual isn't it?

Apart from that there was other stuff that just wasn't confidence inspiring. Signals didn't work. Had to really put effort into stepping on the gas to physically move the pedal, made it impossible to judge the drive. I decided to run away and look for another 7.3.

LOL! Yeah, kinda think you should add “bell housing for the tranny” to your requirements list! Not that there’s anything wrong with trannies who like to go without Bell housings, she can make up her own mind, but if you’re gonna date her, you can have that as a requirement!

You sir have been spending too much time watching seedy films from the internet.

No need to make a pun of "seedy"; it was put there to already be a double entendre.

Oh my goodness, it would really get out of hand then

Was once owned by Johnny Cash?

That truck has, "I have been modified and beat to hell by a "coal-rollin fool" written all over it.

While I like the 5 speed a LOT better than those peanut-butter OD Ford autos...you buy them from an older guy who bought it new and never messed with it.

That one surely is a potential nightmare waiting to happen.

Smart move to walk away!

That was my intuition! Thanks for confirming.

I noticed that, hours after I pointed stuff out to the seller and walked away, the listing was re-posted, reduced from $7500 down to $6500.

Smart call. It's a Bro Dozer frankensteined together for the sole purpose of smoking out Prius owners. I'm surprised there aren't semi truck exhaust stacks coming out from the bed.
