Snagged the van!

Hi, y'all! I just snagged a 2006 Chevy Express 1500 with 90K no and we'll begin converting it next month. We're not vandwellers, just going to be campers and roadtrippers, but it will be a fun project. First order of business is to fly down to AZ and drive the van back to the maritime Pacific NW at the height of summer...

Thanks! Fortunately, the van's AC is said to run ice cold, because I guess the temperatures down in AZ these days are running into the high triple digits. I haven't seen temps like that since I was living in Pakistan many year ago. Probably be best to skedaddle over to the coast as quick as we can.
