About 3 hours to tear down
About 4 hours to put the drivers side luan on .
Need to install the new panel on the passenger side , its just a small piece.
Once you start you keep finding thing to improve , e.g my rear heater is in the very rear of the drivers side , not for long.

I think if it were mine I'd paint. I love wood, but sometimes too much is just to much. I painted the wood on my ceiling to break up all the wood. I used an off white called Sheep's Wool or something like that. I was going for a raw canvas color as I didn't want bright white, nor anything leaning toward beige. I like the way it looks and feels. I took a couple trips with my trailer with the ceiling just the wood Luan color and it definitely feels lighter and brighter inside now.

I used Lauan panels too , If I were to
do it again I would use something that's sandable.
This was the First time I used Lauan and I went to sand
away my marks I made while measuring and it sanded off the finish.

Should I paint my new wood walls ? If so what color?

Whatever color makes you feel good. Then, later, you can change it to something else. It's just paint.
