Quartzite Free WiFi at the library, bad everywhere else

I'm in Caravan Group 2 now just north of Quartzite by about 8.5 miles. Everything is going well. Everywhere I tried in Quartzite, WiFi is not free or restricted in some way, even McDonalds has no AC plugs inside to limit using the guest wifi. Ensuring now there'll be lines around the block.

You'd think the local government would put in their own, since Arizona apparently hasn't made that illegal yet.

Get your “Hi Jolly” local spending card punched enough, you get free WiFi for a week.

Otherwise $10 a week, $25 a month with reasonable limits.

Probably pay off their municipal debt in a few years. . .
