PVC Hacks: Cool/Compact Toilet Paper Holder

I've been watching YT videos with PVC hacks a lot lately, trying to figure out cool stuff I can make for my van that would make things more efficient. This one might be really good for a vandweller, because it's so compact. TP takes up a ton of room, right?

It would need some weight at the bottom, or be bolted down, so it doesn't fall over when you drive.

I have a toilet paper holder mounted on the end of a cabinet. The other rolls are in the cabinet, within easy reach when I'm on the bucket.
