Gunny, you made me cry. Not in a bad way either.......pride for our 100% volunteer military and the sacrifices they and their families make each and every day.
A huge "Thank-You!" to all the gals and guys defending our country.
May the Great Spirit (and/or an excellent "blue force" sniper) watch over you and yours.
Few understand the cost of freedom as well as our military members and their families, as they pay that cost.
When you join the military, you become part of a family. A family that never forgets........ Even more so for the USMC!
Sadly, this story is replayed every day for some military family members.
Equally sad is the non interest by most civilian "citizens".
