Paint job in Mexico?

my question is where in the USA do you get a paint job for 300-400 bucks?

Repainting just the hood.

I recently painted my topper to match my new truck. Just the 2 quarts of paint, 2 quarts of primer, and hardeners etc cost about $350. I helped a friend who has a good spray gun and the skills to use it pour a slab in exchange for him spraying it. I did all the sanding and masking. But for just a hood I would probably go the rattle can approach. It can turn out well as long as you take the time to really prep it good. White is a notoriously tough color to match so I would probably go flat black as someone else suggested.
