when I was staying in my last van-a dodge 1 ton that was white as most commercial work vans are.I would pull over near where a large electrical panel was -put out an orange cone behind the van and go to sleep.never had a problem being disturbed as people thought ya was some one working on panal.be sure to leave room close to panal in case a real repair was necassary.
This is one of the reasons I love this site so much, everyone has such different ideas and we can all benefit from them. That is really a good idea! Thanx!

I'm surprised no one ever stole the cone lol

An orange cone... I love it! I'm tempted to put a yellow light on top of the van but not even hook it up. People might think it's for utility purposes.
