I was making a meal in my van when I spilled about a quarter cup of water -- on my jeans, on the floor, on the edge of the bed. I blotted the water from the hard surfaces, but there wasn't much I could do about the pants and bed. I didn't need to, though. Thanks to the very low humidity they were dry within a few minutes. If I were still living in North Carolina, they would've stayed damp for hours. And if I were in the PNW, they would've gotten wetter and wetter.  :D :p :)
 
if you were in the NW your van would have turned into a lovely green rain forest.
 
I like the desert for a couple months in winter.I'm getting pretty restless sitting at home.I should be in N Wisconsin right now.
 
It's a beautiful part of the country. Funny how so many people drive to Las Vegas and drive right past this beautiful land. I remember going out into the desert near Ft Irwin, it was so peaceful. You could sit there and hear the sounds of nothing......just nature itself.
