Bought this panel from amazon for $159 shipped. Seems nice so far. It's huge. Has what appears to be 8 awg wiring from the junction box, if not 6 awg. online specs differ from the specs on the panel itself. amazon said 17.9vmp, their site says 18vmp, the back of the panel says 17.2vmp. Which is a pleasant surprise and matches perfectly the panel I have up there now.

will mount sometime this coming week. Y-connector and brackets haven't showed up yet.

in the first pic it's resting on the bucket seat from dodge grand caravan. as you can see it would overhang a minivan roof if mounted sideways.

Sweet deal! a pair of those would make a nice portable.

If you could store a 5ft long suitcase setup @ 70lbs

Nice enough looking panel !
I found some boViet panels for a decent price, yet more recently found some an hours driving closer...
Who knows what the newly proposed tariff on silicon imports will do to prices ???
wheels

Hard framed silicon panels are largely a commodity item with standardized construction methods. I don't think we are going to see dramatic shifts in pricing, save for tariff's and the like. Service from an established company that stands behind its product and whatever its particular manufacturing process fail rate is does matter. Spending a **little** bit more for an established name with a reputation for quality is worth it.

I would agree 100% if there were widespread issues on a regular basis. Im not really seeing any complaints with unknown brand panels. At $1 per watt if theyre going 10 years thats pretty damn good and nothing guarantees a brand to stay around longer anyway.

I was told the same about my first panel 8 years ago and its still doing its thing. Company out of business now.

Honestly, I would go with the name brands like Renogy 100 watt panels or the big house panels like LG etc (280+ watts). I bought an Eco Worthy 160 watt panel that is similar to the 150 newpowa to replace a 100 watt Renogy. The actual watts out of the 160 is about 10% more than the Renogy's output, which is abysmal performance considering how much bigger it is.

care to post a vid or pics of your measurements?

That's really weird.  The Eco is poly so would have a bit of size penalty over a similar output mono, but that seems like a big gap.  No chance the controller is sized (or configged) down to 10A of output or something like that?

Oh yeah the $60 fridge is ICE cold now.
