:s I recently moved to the Mainland from Hawaii.  Decided it's finely time to see & experience the rest of the country. Sold my place ( lived very remote in a yurt ), bought a Class C RV. I am saving $ as possible & getting supplies. Any & all advice will be appreciated.  I especially need to know how to pay the registration on the RV as I intend to not have a home base or even a home state.  Looking forward to meeting you all at the georgeous places in this huge area known as The Mainland

Welcome to the CRVL forums Punababe808! You will need an address for your RV registration and your driver's license. Some states are a better choice than others. Check the Communication: Cell, Internet, Mail Delivery forum to get some of the pros and cons to help you make your choice.

There are videos about picking a State for legal residence. You will just about need one for drivers license, insurance, and other legal issues. Which one works out best for you depends on your situation. If your income is high, you will probably want a State that has no income tax. There are many variables.
