Welcome to the forum. &nbsp;Glad to have you here with us. &nbsp; There is for sure a lot of good information here to be pondered over. &nbsp;I am sure you will find your time here well spent.

Hi Mikio! Welcome! There's a lot of wisdom here, along with a lot of great people willing to help you! Finding the right vehicle can be really difficult and frustrating. Keep your eye on the prize!

oh boy you guys are telling me. &nbsp;finding wheels is a bit overwhelming! &nbsp;i don't plan on returning to conventional living once i make the transition, so i'm being very calculated (e.g. picky) on what i finally settle on; for example, the more amenities the better. &nbsp;"-)

A friend once reminded me of this. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. Welcome and don't worry Mikio, you'll get it all worked out over time.<div><br></div>

that's how i'm approaching it steve: nice and slow. &nbsp;i can't afford to make an investment in just anything, only to turn around and find out it's not what i need, nor want. &nbsp;i've not an impatient person, nor impulsive. &nbsp;slow and steady wins the race. &nbsp;at least that works for me. &nbsp;i retired at age 50 and i haven't looked back since. &nbsp;i'm loving life day-by-day!<br>

That is awesome! I'm creeping up on 46 here and am hoping to bug out of the rat race sometime very very soon myself.<div><br></div><div>Best of luck to you and look forward to hearing how things progress for you.</div><div><br></div>

hey steve it's nice to know you're planning on retiring before the acceptable age of 65. &nbsp;i didn't see the need to wait, seeing as i've never been one to own things, much less a house. &nbsp;thankfully that left me a savings of 50 years or so.<div><br></div><div><div><br></div></div>
