Hi, I'm Teresa.  I've been living in my RV (Dragonfly) full time for just over 6 months now.  I would really like to attend the RTR but would only be able to be there a couple of nights at the end (19th & 20th).  Would it still be worth it to come for only 2 nights?  And...if I did, would there still be a place for me to park (28ft Class A)?   It's a 2 1/2 hour drive each way from where I'm going to be and I don't want to spend the gas money if you don't think I would be able to get in and park.  I've looked at videos from past RTR's and it looks pretty packed and I know a lot of people get there early.  I also don't know anyone (although I do follow Bob and Carolyn on line).  I would like to meet some folks if possible.  Anyway...I would really appreciate some guidance from people that have knowledge about this.  Thanks so much, Teresa

The RTR has grown each year but if it's anything like last year there will be people coming for a week or even just a few days so you won't be the only one. No need to worry about room to park - the desert is big enough for everyone! You'll miss most of the seminars but you'll still have a chance to experience the RTR gathering and the Quartzsite phenomenon.

And welcome to the forums!  To help you learn the ins and outs of these forums, this "Tips & Tricks" post lists some helpful information to get you started. We look forward to hearing more from you.

I really wish I could but I'm fitting in the 2 days at the RTR while my mother is visiting her sister...then I have to go back, pick her up and take her to Las Vegas so she can catch a flight back home.
