we got a new boss the first of the year at work
he has been kicking people around and some of the team are not as capable of taking the heat as I am.
he makes me mad
he is singling people out
pushing their buttons to get them to react
good work being done by some and then they are told they can't put their name on it because there is no I in team
makes me want to use very strong language!

there is an I in team with out Individual there is not TEAM
up to me to splain that to him I suppose

I believe the phrase "there is no I in TEAM was First uttered by a by a dick football coach from a small town in Kansas, then everyone looked in the dictionary and said "well coach was right! I don't see an I" so everyone just adopted that as a motivational speech.
but like I said earlier with out the individual...what is there?
people need to be nice to others and not make them upset is all I am saying

Uffff.....that's sucks when people let power go to their heads.

is there any way you can relate to what's going on to the upper-ups??

hope this gets worked out. It's hard to be productive when there's an a$$ standing over you!

my boss is a jerk!

(oh wait...I'm self employed!) :p

well I am going to visit with boss, let him know this is hurting more than helping.
suggest that surrounding themselves with good people boss will look better
don't kick people so they are afraid to try
I got one heck of a thick skin, but others are not blessed with this. when a grown man has to get me on the telephone and then has a hell of a time not crying things are all haywire!

Remind him that there is MEAT in TEAM and you are meat, therefore there is I in team.
