New and looking for input, Glendale?

Hi everyone,
I am new to the forum. Currently in New England and looking to get out. I have been shopping for a class c. I recently found 1 that looks decent, 1999 Glendale Royal 31ft. Needs some new caulking, but doesn't appear to have water damage at this time. Has a few other minor issues, exhaust leak, trans cooler line leak, etc. Overall is not in bad condition, and was able to test drive earlier today. I am curious if any of you are familiar with the brand, and would have any insight on known issues to look for, or common problems/fixes. etc. It has the ford Triton v10 engine. Welcome to the CRVL forums knotgood77! I know nothing about Glendales. Hopefully, someone will chime in with more information.

Thank you ! I hope someone has knowledge on this. I have found some info online, but it is all very general. Looks like the last of this series was made in 2004.
