IF you have Netflix, watch out for this scam email telling you that your account has been suspended and they need you to click on a link and re-enter your payment details.

IGNORE IT!

I got one of these emails and I nearly fell for it....

Whenever I get something like that, I manually navigate to and log into whatever account (not following a link) and see if there is an issue. There never is... :dodgy:

When I say I nearly fell for it, I mean that when I first looked at the email I assumed it was a problem with my credit card or something. Maybe I missed an automatic payment somehow when I was gone...or some other situation.

Then I hovered over the link and saw that it showed something with the word 'netflx' in the URL...missing the 'i'....

That immediately made me suspicious. Then I noticed a couple of spelling errors. ooops!

So I looked deeper into the email header and saw some weird stuff...then googled it and sure enuff, fake.
