Need Inverter, 12V outlets, battery monitor installed - I'm in Ohio

The point of the linked Suaoki product is that you just buy it then plug in your stuff.  There is nothing to install.  

It has a battery monitor, 4 USB outlets and a 12 volt outlet on the front, 2 AC outlets on the right end and charging inputs on the left end.  The only thing to do is push the solar panel wires into the connectors.  No tool needed.  

The battery in that product is small.  400 watt hours is the size of one of the 2 batteries in a mobility scooter.  If you haven't done it yet you might want to estimate what your energy needs are.
