Need help with van buildout -- Chicago

There's a long story behind this, but let's keep it short: i have a GMC conversion van that someone started work on for me. I have the materials (house battery, fantasic fan, wiring, inverter, etc), but I'm NOT handy. The guy I wanted to do this work for me got into drugs and quit the work, leaving him high, and me dry!

HELP! 

Does anybody know anyone in the Chicago area who could do this build for me that won't charge an insane amount of money?
