that is a killer idea. thanks OP. did you notice the Makita 9v battery on the charger? haven't seen one of those in use in years, even though I have them myself. I am donating them to a friend. highdesertranger

I still use my Makita 9V , mainly for my good old ML902 flashlight

I don't have a keyboard anymore but my 4 track would love that dinette table mod !
Probably get used more if I didn't have to dig it out too.
Now , how can I fit a guitar amp in the other side.............
I love seeing great ways to mod my rig. !!!
(There was no Alesis , keyboards or anything else when the stick batts were the rage.)

I had the next gen 12 volt drill but the last batt refused to take a charge recently .
I just popped it out and made a wire with crimp connectors and a couple of big alligators to it (like I had planned since I bought the thing ). Boy , I forgot it would turn that fast ! AND it doesn't die in the middle of a job either....
