OK .........I HAVE ALWAYS KEPT THINGS BOTTLED UP AND AFTER 40 DAYS IN 2019 FOR INFECTION THEN TWO YEARS LOCKDOWN!! WELL MY BROTHER PASSED AND HIS DOG LAST WEEK. I HAD REACHED MY POINT. I COLAPSSED AND WENT IN TO A REALLY UGLY STRESS SEZURE. I AM OK BUT SCARED I THINK I NEED NEW SHORTS!! BUT THINGS WILL GET BETTER. I TALKED FOR AN HOUR ON PHONE WITH COUNSLE,, IT HELPED BUT YES PLEASE DO WRITE TO ME OR TEXT 
 
Where are you? Perhaps one of us is nearby

Hello All to my future caravaners, as i am currently the primary care taker for my parents i will be in this home till the last day. then i will start, but yes since my brothers passing. i guess i kept that upper lip a bit too stiff, well that ends last nite. so i did call on phone to someone, but i live in Modesto, no need to come here but please do send texts or e-mail. thank you, it is scary but it can be done

Sounds like you have accessed your local crisis team, and I suggest asking them to set you up with an ongoing counselor.

Watch your caffeine intake, try to focus just on what you can do and then do it.

A day at a time, an hour at a time if that’s all you can do, one foot ahead of the other.

It sounds like you need a break to recharge so that you can keeping helping your parents. Are there any organizations near you that can provide caretakers for a portion of the day so that you have a little time for yourself?
