So I picked up a Belkin miracast device a couple weeks ago. It kind of works okay. Not great. Just okay. Can not upgrade the firmware. If anyone wants it and will give me money for shipping I will send it to you (free no strings).
Miracast works with some android phones and tablets, and with some windows laptop computers and tablets. No internet needed. So you can download your Netflix movies and send them to the miracast device that is connected to your HDMI input on the hdtv.
Personally I switched to the Microsoft version of miracast and it works much better.
But repeating that the belkin miracast device will work.
