Got my Grand Caravan back from the brake shop. I knew the left rear rotor was toast - badly scored and grinding. The others had a lot of wear too, which I could see and feel. So, $563 later it drives like new.
I had also been having an annoying squeal from the front end for some time. Worse when slowing and turning. Thought it stemmed from the rack & pinion unit last year. But it was apparently the worn brakes.
Rotors for Dodge Caravans and Grand Caravans run $55 apiece. A lot cheaper than for foreign cars.
