I just added a 20 minute version that includes three gong rings at the beginning and end. It should also end up being louder than the 1 hour version. I have the rain fading in, so give it about 45 seconds to get to max volume.

Check out the latest episode of "The Mindful Nomad" for an update on the Spring Mindful Camp in Sedona, AZ.

For those of you attending Mindful Camp that is between Sedona and Cottonwood I wanted to let you know about the Cottonwood Recreation Center if you don't already know about. It is $7 for a day pass. You can workout, swim in their pool, float down their lazy river, soak in their hot tub and get a hot shower afterwards. Looking forward to Mindful Camp!

Temp hit 32 last night near Cottonwood so I get what you are saying in your video on the 6th and the snow in your latest video. I LOVE snow!

I have ADHD and have had an almost impossible time meditating but I still would like to try. One of the guys on Good Morning America has learned how to meditate 5 minutes at a time. Would that be allowed sometime?

Absolutely. 5 minutes at a time is great. Even a few seconds of letting go of thinking and coming back to the moment can be highly beneficial.

Some people prefer to practice more active forms of mindfulness, like mindful walking/hiking, yoga etc. Anything you do can become a meditative practice. Just keep bringing yourself back to body sensations, the breath, sounds in the environment, etc. Anything that anchors you in the here and now.
