Article in today's New York Post about a women who's lived in a 90 square foot 'micro" apartment in Manhattan for six years.  She's just written an e-book titled "90 Lessons for Living Large in 90 Square Feet (. . . or More)".  Apparently she's done some Youtube videos on it in the past, too.  Anyway, here's the link:

I'm kinda surprised that more tiny home fans don't do the converted van/bus/cargo thing. Hahaha! Maybe some of the van dwellers should help with plumbing and solar questions and make converts! :D

Works to about 6'X15'.   About the size of a long Class B - very doable.  And she has built-in "shore power/water" and full septic system.

I think that's about the size of a dorm room.

Granted, that doesn't include the bathroom and other common areas.

Oh, just look at that vertical space! I bet some van dwellers would kill for that, or at least moderately assault.

These sort of things always come with a pitch for a book, or newsletter. Just sayin.

Seems spacious compared to my 6 x 12... Almost seems wasteful...

I hope she has an amazing retirement at the end of that.  It's the only reason to live in a large city in my eyes.

Paying 700 a month for 7 years to live in a 90 sqf closet and then moving into a $300,000 490 sqf apartment?  No thanks.
