Is there a list of some sort of medications available in Mexico?
The ones I need are
Buproprion
Celebrex
Lipitor
Trazadone
Tramidol

I'm sure there all available. You should call the Purple Pharmacy and ask. They can tell you if any restrictions.

The big restriction (can't get) would be any prescription that has narcotics in them. At least this is what I understood.

Tramidol is a Schedule IV (four) controlled substance in the US (according to google and wikipedia) so you will very likely need a prescription to buy that even in Mexico at the border pharmacies.

But all of the ones you list in the OP should be available in the border pharmacies.

Please be very careful when buying medication that you can see the original packaging with the info for that batch; there are a lot of problems with counterfeit medication and you want to be sure it was made safely.

All the meds sold in border town farmacias are in packaging. It's in their financial interest to sell authentic medications. They want repeat business, not dissatisfied -- or dead -- customers.

The border towns in Mexico sell medications in original packaging unlike here where it is repackaged. I trust it there more than here because at least there it has an expiration date on the original package.

I don’t know if this might help on pricing
