MaxxFan amps

Today I checked the current used by my fan.  It is a Maxxair 00-05100K MaxxFan.  It is the non remote 10 speed variety.  The amps did vary with wind gusts.

I luv how quiet it it is, and I just know we will really enjoy it!
I felt the reversing and 10 speeds were more important to us than the remote was!

There is mention of a remote wired switch, I would be interested in that!
The max air folks in Wichita suggested I have camper world order one for me.
Do you think anyone else would get one?
