Yeah, some Texas rest areas from DFW to Amarillo are missing.

Was looking for an interactive map app to pre-plan stops that someone posted a long while ago. Ran across cindi's post from about a year ago and thought I'd give it a Bump. (the post, just bump the post :) ).

Bunch of really nice rest areas on Nevada 95 Vegas to Reno missing. They have water, dump stations and nice camp areas. There is a super nice one 10 miles north of Tonopah.

On US-95 in Nevada below Reno, "north" is sometimes relative. At times closer to west. The section from Tonopah to Coaldale Junction, runs west combined with US-6.

Miller's Rest Area GPS 38.140386, -117.452975 elevation 4,826. FYI 1,200 ft lower than Tonopah BLM.

Rest area stays are limited to 18 hours in a two week period in Nevada.
Ignore the dusty dirt lot right at the turn off, before the entrance to the proper rest area, that has a sign "RV parking".
Drive through the first half of the loop to the real RV parking area with some picnic tables and grills.
Follow the signs for the exit, stay left and the dump/fresh water is there.
