Hi....I'm looking for a van-camper but on a limited budget. I live in Asheville, NC and would love to find a van locally or within around 50 miles....so that I can have my mechanic look over any potential purchase. Or, my son who lives in Portland would be willing to find one for me in locations like Portland, Ashland, Medford, Eugene or Salem, OR or Seattle, WA. Financial constraints keep me looking in the under $10,000 range, so I know it'll probably have to be an older vehicle. Reliability is my main concern. So - if any of you know of a good camper-van in the price range, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
