Looking for a good AC panel for my semi trailer off grid RV.

I’m looking for more of a RV off grid AC panel or a combo AC/DC panel for my off grid RV Semi trailer. House panels from Home Depot run about 5 inches deep. I hoping to find in a 2 x 3 framed wall. Will have 220 breakers for charging electric car and dryer. So I was looking for a 200amp panel. My sail boat AC panel is good size but not enough Amps.

I also looking for a good DC step downs from 48v batteries to 24v and 12v.
