Lockable Storage in T1N Sprinter Recommendations

Hi,
I'm new to the forum. I'm moving into my van at the end of this month and will have everything in there with me. I'm looking for ideas for lockable storage nooks and crannies. I have an 04 T1N and the door locks are all kinda wonky. They all lock but only with the key in the outside hole; the inside door locking mechanisms are worn out. Any recommendations you all have for security and locking solutions as well as what to do with the doors is much appreciated. Thank you! Have you checked on a Sprinter forum about the locks?

It may be a common problem and someone has some insight on a fix.

I have one of those and have replaced both the drivers door lock and the cargo door.

Besides Sprinter specific forums for better suggestions, I'd consider putting slide bolts on the cargo and rear doors on the inside, bolted to the interior metal ribs. The kind used to close and latch fences closed.

I like the second one for the sliding door because the tab on the ledt will not allow the door to be slid open unless the latch is disengaged.

Also see if you can fit a safe into your build, bolted to the floor.
