I guess the reference to anything costing an arm, a leg, or a first born is somehow considered an actual real question and no longer an exaggeration of unbelievable absurdity. Time marches on. My van build is in no way nifty.

The driver soils himself, swerves, almost hits a bus, and stops inches from shop window.

"Sorry." says the shaken cab driver.
