The realtor is coming tomorrow to sign the contract and hubby just set the kitchen on fire. Again. So help me, if he ever looks like he is thinking about deep frying anything inside the motorhome, I am tieing him up in duct tape and leaving him on the side of the road. In bear country.

Don't forget to stuff his pockets with fried food. Bears love fried food.

No injuries. The wood cabinets are cleaning up with mineral oil. The stove top has some permanent stains, but not too bad. One section of counter top is going to have to be replaced. Dang.

Lets face it folks this is chit-chat.

Realtor coming tomorrow...OMG!! Bake a pie, light a candle in the bathroom, get the dirty underwear off the chandelier, ummm...

Good luck!!

sounds like his timing is as lousy as mine!!!

did I ever tell you how I spent the morning of my wedding day in JAIL??????

(true!!) :p

Good Luck!! Hope it sells quick!!

It must be one of Murphy's laws. When you're selling a house, disasters happen, things leak that never did before and vast herds of rodents move into the attic.

I was wrong about the easy cleanup. Part of one cabinet will have to be sanded down an refinished. Fortunately, DH made them. He used quality materials and did very good work, so the repairs can be done. The knobs and the control panel on the stove need replacing. Don't know about the stove hood for sure. It may need replacing, too. Then, we have to figure out what to do about the counter top. We will have to put the realtor off for a week. Fortunately, we are in a desirable neighborhood, so we should sell quickly if we ever get on the market.
