Is there an upper limit on the # of panels/wattage you can put on your build?

I never imagined that people would watch videos of someone playing video games. Then thinking that their utterances on other aspects of life are important. Celebrity worship.

That makes as much sense as watching athletes pounding heads or hitting balls, or ad laden race cars making left turns for 500 miles.

To each their own.
 
I actually enjoy the streams with groups of friends sitting on a couch playing games together. Solo streams, not so much. (Unfortunately there's been basically no group streams since March, like all other group sports.)

Speaking of heat, venting the exhaust fans of the computer to the outside of the rig might be a worthwhile idea.

It would probably be cheaper to just stay in RV parks or state parks with an electrical hookup. Though most parks have a 10:00 quiet time, so streaming all night might get you in trouble. Also, private RV parks won't let you hook a self built box truck to their electricity.
 
I think the biggest issue is going to be getting decent bandwidth to do what he wants.. going with an Airbound connection will be good at some times and maybe not so much at others..
 
True. In my experience this mostly varies by location, but some locations can be inconsistent as well. I have both an AT&T cell phone with tethering and a Verizon hotspot with antennas, and I've had 100% success getting a connection that's good enough for my job. I even know of some extremely remote spots with great internet, such as a very remote place in Wyoming where I get 40 megabits. But game streaming would be a challenge in many places because of the low latency needed.

Also, RV parks have terrible wifi. Never been in one that didn't.
 
Your better off making that PC ALL DC. if it only draws 300w from the wall at 120vac, then you could get or build your own supply that gives the same voltages to your components that a 120v to 12/5/3.3 v output psu can provide. It would be cheaper to convert to a gaming laptop and use a simple boost converter or buck depending on if your running 12v or 24v or more. You can use a inverter generator during the day hours, like a 2000w one would do perfectly like I have when theres not enough sun to keep the batteries up and only use the battery capacity during the night. I could help you design a system if you need help.

How many charge controllers do you think he has?
Panels put out a lot of volts and a little bit of amps, they don’t want people killing themselves installing solar panels.
Let’s suppose the maximum output of a panel is 200 watts, what do you think the volts and amps will be at that rating?
Panels in series amps stay the same while volts add up. 4 - 100 volt by 2 amp panels connected in series will be 400 volts by 2 amps, while the same 4 panels connected in parallel, 2x2 will produce 200 volts by 4 amps.
 
Online streaming wiil use a ton of cellular data. Best go talk to the rep at your cell service provider before you start spending money on solar and batteries. Plus you will likely need more than one provider as coverage from company to company can be spotty in some areas. In one location I was camping in August the only service that was available was ATT. My Verizon devices could not get a signal of even 1 bar.

Some of the fulltime RV dwellers on youtube have multiple services but still get into areas with no signals of any kind.  it is not inexpensive to get that much cellular data. plus you will need to be doing urban boondocking to relisrelisgetb lynget really fast internet over cellular. Even then after work hours where lots of people are streaming videos can be very slow for speeds.
