No she has a propane stove. If she has "magical powers" like bob she'll be fine.

Kidding/not kidding. If shes confident in stove heating and as she said has a CO detector this does work for lots of people.

I would do it but I have done it wrong before. No CO detector and a "tent safe" catalytic heater that nearly done me in.

What I did after getting fresh air? Opened a window like I should have damn done. And went back to sleep.

But I do intend to use a diesel heater. With air vents this time. A candle could cause you to expire. In a sealed envelope. I should have thought that through. But I lived so it's a learning experience.

By the way.......

That Igloo cooler can draw as much as 7 amps when first starting up and heating the elements.

Ya I figured that heater would not be usable for very long. I'm sure I'll have shore power from time to time. Yes my stove will have to do for now. Like all of you, I'm sure I'll learn alot as I go. First stop is galveston, tx then on to corpus Christie so I shouldn't need heat yet anyway. That will be my test run with the van. Wish me luck!
