Who pays for the dump fee?

I don't know that this happened, but some of what I saw hauled out by Panda Monium and her friends was steel ... it USED to be that you could get paid like 40$ a ton for steel at a recycling place ... maybe that's an option?
But, MoTruk ... I LOVE the idea!  Even though many of us probably have the practice of picking up stuff from our camps that's not ours, I think a little positive light for nomads is deserved.  Yep!
