My name is Bill and I have been lurking here a while. I recently posted a comment so I will do the right thing and get acquainted. <br />&nbsp;My RV of choice is a 96 Dodge dually that has an 8 foot slide in camper on the back. I don't live in it but I spend an awful lot of time in it. Since the truck is 4X4 I can get it into a lot of unusual places and can enjoy the solitude of the mountains and deserts. <br />&nbsp;I have been retired for a year now and really enjoy it. I don't have a large retirement so social security is pretty much my source of income. What others would call a minimalist lifestyle seems 'normal' to me. <br />&nbsp;My wife and I live in a very rural area in the mountains east of Bakersfield, CA and have the luxury of having paid off our very modest home through hard work and hard lessons. <br />&nbsp; Enough about me, probably too much already. <br />-Bill-
