Howdy from TN

I had lived in a van about 15 years ago for 3 months . Luckily it was during the winter . I have often thought about doing I again so I began a search on U tube and finally found this site . After viewing how well some of the vans look , I'd like to try again . Only this time being all the more wiser thanks to everyone on here . In coming weeks I'll visit more threads and leave my 2 cents worth , maybe it will be of use to someone .

<P>Welcome,Germanbug. And everyone's 2 cent's are more than welcome here!&nbsp;I take it from your username that you have a thing for VW's? Is that the type of van you are considering? I love them, they are, in my opinion, one of the best camper vans on the market, especially&nbsp;with gas prices the way they are. I wish I could get one, but I have a heavy cargo trailer I have to pull so I guess I'm stuck with my monster E-350 van.(Terrible gas hog!).</P>

Hi Germanbug, Welcome. I live in Alabama, about 20 mikes from Chattanooga. . There are a bunch of us in the general area, so you are in good company<img src="/images/boards/smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0" align="absmiddle">.

Thanked everyone for the warm welcome . Judycmomx6 indeed I do have a thing for Vw 's , I own a 72 beetle . As for a van , I'm still looking but I'm thinking I'd rather get something like a 2005 ish .
