Howdy from Oregon!

Howdy gang! I'll soon be living out of my van full time to pay off bills before doing the nomad thing. I have one of those dumb cushy desk jobs, might as well use it to get outta of there, right? 

I live in coastal range Oregon, by the capital and it's quite lovely her. Grew up military, so moving around is not big deal for me as an adult. I have those itchy feet! I have a lot to learn in a short period of time for my conversion, but I'm awful excited to get moved in.

It's a beautiful spot you're in. When I was younger my family would visit my aunt and uncle about once a year in Tillamook. We always drove from Minnesota and I loved it. We'd go on numerous daylong trips all over the western part of Oregon while we were there. Just gorgeous. I think that those vacations were where I caught the traveling bug.

I do enjoy the area, and I can't wait to spend the hot weekends of summer at the beach after a week of work.
