^ I was. It just happened to turn out that my regular auto policy seems to provide the coverage I need. Plus a renter's policy I'll get for the personal property.

Yes. I've provided enough information in several places that it could be narrowed down pretty closely by a competent and motivated authority. And I don't have the terms of my financing contract and local laws all memorized. 

Additionally, I see YouTubers showing people their license plates and telling people where to find them and then wondering why they have stalkers.

It never hurts to be just a little paranoid.
